Оценка влияния ограничительных мер, введенных в  России в период пандемии COVID-19 (COronaVIrus Disease 2019, новая коронавирусная инфекция), на физическую активность (ФА) взрослого населения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и  методы</title><p>Материал и  методы. Онлайн опрос проводился в  период действия строгих ограничений в  России с  26.04.2020г по 06.06.2020г. В  опросе приняли участие респонденты в возрасте 18 лет и  старше. Участники сообщили о  частоте и  длительности занятий умеренной и  высокоинтенсивной ФА, а  также пешей ходьбы и  других видов двигательной активности до пандемии и  в  течение последних семи дней в период проведения опроса.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В целом по стране наблюдалось снижение всех видов ФА в период пандемии. Доля участников, которые соответствовали рекомендациям Всемирной организации здравоохранения по любому виду ФА, снизилась с 68 до 49% (p&lt;0,001). Доля тех, кто выполнял рекомендацию Всемирной организации здравоохранения по силовым тренировкам в течение ≥2 дней в нед. снизилась с 53 до 45% (p&lt;0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты исследования являются доказательной базой для обоснования целесообразности мер, направленных на коррекцию образа жизни населения в  условиях пандемии COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the impact of lockdown measures during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on physical activity (PA) of the adult population in Russia.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The online survey was conducted during the period of strict restrictions in Russia from April 26, 2020 to June 6, 2020. The survey involved respondents aged ≥18 years. Participants reported the frequency and duration of moderate to high-intensity PA, as well as walking and other types of exercise, before the pandemic and during the last seven days during the survey period.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the country as a whole, there was a decrease in all types of PA during the pandemic. The proportion of participants who met the World Health Organization recommendations for any type of PA decreased from 68 to 49% (p&lt;0,001). Proportion of those who followed the World Health Organization recommendations for strength training for ≥2 days per week decreased from 53 to 45% (p&lt;0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
