Предложены обновленные схемы подготовки к электрической кардиоверсии и обсуждается возможность использования прямых пероральных антикоагулянтов с этой целью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the issues of anticoagulant preparation for elective electrical cardioversion in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.
