Профилактическое направление становится доминирующим трендом в кардиологии и в медицине в целом. Целью статьи является описание особенностей профилактики ССЗ в  молодом, среднем, пожилом и  старческом возрастах. В  связи с  многогранностью ФР ССЗ применение комплексного биопсихосоциального подхода, а  также использование таких взаимодополняющих стратегий, как индивидуальная и  популяционная профилактика, суммарная оценка риска всех ССЗ, межсекторальное сотрудничество и вовлечение лиц, принимающих решения, является ключом к  достижению успеха и  эффективности профилактических мер. Важно отметить, что с одной стороны превентивные мероприятия стоит начинать как можно раньше в связи с имеющимся накопительным эффектом ФР, с  другой стороны, бóльшая часть профилактических мероприятий в отношении ССЗ чрезвычайно актуальна на всех этапах жизни человека.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Intensive investigation of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors (RFs), both traditional (smoking, dyslipidemia, diabetes, etc.) and non-traditional, which are a component of the so-called exposome, as well as their non-drug and drug correction provide wide prospects for effective cardiovascular prevention. Prevention becomes the dominant trend in cardiology and in medicine in general. The aim of the article was to describe cardiovascular prevention in young, middle, elderly and senile age. Due to the multifaceted nature of cardiovascular RFs, an integrated biopsychosocial approach, individual and population-based prevention, cumulative risk assessment of all CVDs, intersectoral collaboration and the involvement of decision-makers, are key to the success and effectiveness of prevention measures.
