Изучить состояние коагуляционного потенциала крови различными лабораторными методами у пациентов после перенесенной тромбоэмболии легочной артерии (ТЭЛА), приверженных к длительной антикоагулянтной терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Изучена кровь 23 пациентов с ТЭЛА, находящихся на режиме продленной антикоагулянтной терапии. Проведено исследование коагулограммы, D-димера, тромбодинамики, тромбоэластография и тест генерации тромбина.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Тест генерации тромбина показывает значимое увеличение времени его образования, при этом максимальное количество тромбина, образовавшееся за данное время, вдвое меньше, чем референсные показатели. Отмечается незначительно повышенный показатель медианы скорости образования фибринового сгустка в тесте тромбодинамики — 30,4 мкм/мин при показателе нормокоагуляции 20-29 мкм/мин. Результат тромбоэласто-графии также отражает гипокоагуляционное состояние крови, по показателям R, Angle а и CI.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение интегральных методов оценки состояния тромботической готовности в сочетании с рутинной коагулограммой дает полное представление о состоянии коагуляционного потенциала крови у пациентов после ТЭЛА, нуждающихся в продленной антикоагулянтной терапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the blood coagulation status by various laboratory methods in patients after pulmonary embolism (PE) receiving long-term anticoagulant therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The blood of 23 patients with pulmonary embolism, who received long-term anticoagulant therapy, was studied. The study of coagulation profile, D-dimer, thrombodynamics, thromboelastography and thrombin generation test were carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The thrombin generation test shows a significant increase in the time of its formation, while the maximum amount of thrombin formed is half that of the reference values. There is a slightly increased median fibrin clot growth rate in the thrombodynamics test — 30,4 gm/min with a normal coagulation rate of 20-29 gm/min. The result of thromboelastography also reflects the blood hypocoagulation, in terms of R, Angle a and CI.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
