Рекомендации представляют научно-обоснованный практический инструмент для разработки и применения методических подходов к мониторингу реализации законодательных мер по охране здоровья населения от воздействия табачного дыма и последствий потребления табака и оценке их эффективности в отношении сокращения распространенности курения среди населения и снижения заболеваемости и смертности от заболеваний, связанных с потреблением табака. Настоящие рекомендации основаны на результатах исследовательской работы, проведенной в ФГБУ “НМИЦ терапии и профилактической медицины” Минздрава России, направленной на оценку эффективности реализации антитабачных законодательных мер в 10 субъектах РФ.
