Проблема диагностики и прогнозирования ХСН с сохранной фракцией выброса (ХСНсФВ) в настоящее время является одной из актуальных проблем. Роль функции левого предсердия в развитии ХСН и возможное прогнозирование течения заболевания на основании параметров его функции являются предметом пристального научного изучения. Данный обзор отражает критический анализ научной литературы последних лет, посвященной функции левого предсердия у пациентов с ХСН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Improvement of the treatment and diagnosis of hypertension and heart failure (HF) contributes to an increase in life expectancy of the population and, accordingly, its aging. The problem of diagnosing and predicting HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is currently one of the urgent problems. The role of left atrial function in the development and course prediction of HF are the subject of scientific study.
