Представление первых результатов проведенного исследования по оценке фактического состояния инфраструктуры муниципалитетов с помощью специализированного программного обеспечения в пилотном субъекте РФ (Свердловская область).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведена оценка элементов инфраструктуры (спортивные объекты, продуктовые магазины, ярмарки/ рынки с выбором свежих овощей и фруктов, отделы алкогольной продукции в магазинах и супермаркетах, отдельные магазины, специализирующиеся на продаже алкоголя, точки продажи табака и табачных изделий, точки быстрого питания) 4-х муниципальных образований Свердловской области в январе-марте 2022г. Инструмент оценки — специализированное программное обеспечение, разработанное с использованием карт Open Street Map (OSM), позволяющее в режиме реального времени фиксировать объекты, подлежащие оценке с последующей их визуализацией на интерактивных картах муниципалитетов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Плотность точек продажи табака, алкоголя, свежих овощей и фруктов составила 2,3, 3,4 и 2,4 на 1 км², соответственно; плотность спортивных объектов, быстрого питания и ресторанов — 1,3, 0,9 и 0,5, соответственно. Количество точек продажи табака, алкоголя, свежих овощей и фруктов в пересчете на 100 тыс. населения составило 111,6, 167,7 и 116,5, соответственно, число спортивных объектов, быстрого питания и ресторанов — 63,5, 44,1, 25,0, соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Создание и применение методологии комплексной системы оценки единой профилактической среды для укрепления здоровья и ведения здорового образа жизни на муниципальном уровне с использованием сочетания объективных методов исследования (GIS-технологий, инструментальных и лабораторных тестов) и субъективных методов оценки (персональный опрос), а также внедрение интерактивных карт инфраструктуры муниципалитетов, влияющих на здоровье населения, позволит использовать фактические данные для принятия обоснованных решений по разработке и внедрению программ профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и укрепления здоровья и их оперативного управления на региональном/муниципальном уровне.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To present first results of the study on the assessment of municipal infrastructure using specialized software in a pilot subject of the Russian Federation (Sverdlovsk Oblast).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The following infrastructure elements of four municipalities of the Sverdlovsk Oblast have been assessed in the period from January to March 2022: sports facilities, grocery stores, fairs/markets with fresh vegetables and fruits, alcoholic drinks in shops and supermarkets, special liquor stores, tobacco outlets, fast food restaurants). The assessment was made with specialized software developed using Open Street Map (OSM) that allows real-time recording of objects for interactive map data visualization.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The density of sales outlets for tobacco, alcohol, fresh vegetables and fruits was 2,3, 3,4 and 2,4 per 1 km², respectively; the density of sports facilities, fast food and restaurants — 1,3, 0,9 and 0,5, respectively. The number of sales outlets for tobacco, alcohol, fresh vegetables and fruits per 100 thousand people was 111,6, 167,7 and 116,5, respectively, while the number of sports facilities, fast food and restaurants — 63,5, 44,1, 25,0, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
