В последние годы отмечается увеличение числа случаев сердечно-сосудистой коморбидности, что приводит к значительному ухудшению качества жизни пациентов, трудностям в подборе терапии и ухудшению прогноза. Актуальным и активно обсуждаемым направлением в данной области является кардиоревматология. Одной из наиболее распространенных ревматических патологий является остеоартрит. Исследователи выделяют ряд негативных факторов, отягощающих течение сердечно-сосудистой патологии при наличии остеоартрита: регулярный прием нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов, хронический болевой синдром, уменьшение подвижности. В обзоре приводятся современные данные, касающиеся обсуждаемой проблемы, в частности современное понимание патогенетических взаимосвязей. Освещаются вопросы безопасности нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов у пациентов с сердечно-сосудистой патологией. Описываются возможности применения у данной группы пациентов современных иммунологических цитокинов на примере галектина-3 в качестве маркера прогноза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cardiovascular pathology occupies a leading place among all causes of death and permanent disability of the population. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cardiovascular comorbidity cases, which leads to a significant deterioration in the quality of life, difficulties in the selection of therapy and a worse prognosis. Cardiorheumatology is an actual and actively discussed direction in this area. One of the most common rheumatic pathologies is osteoarthritis. Researchers identify a number of factors aggravating the course of cardiovascular pathology in the presence of osteoarthritis: regular intake of non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs, chronic pain syndrome, decreased mobility. The review provides current data on the problem under discussion, in particular, the current understanding of pathogenetic relationships. The issues of safety of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in cardiovascular patients are highlighted.
