В представленном документе объединены и систематизированы имеющиеся клинические и научные данные зарубежных и российских исследований в этом направлении. Целью настоящей публикации является необходимость донести до читателя важность исследования жесткости артериальной стенки, наиболее распространенные и востребованные в клинической практике способы ее определения, информацию о состояниях, при которых следует оценивать сосудистую жесткость, существующие ограничения, а также вопросы, которые в настоящее время остаются нерешенными в этой области. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Recently, there was plenty studies published on the arterial stiffness assessment, and importance of this was proved as an independent prediction parameter, together with standard cardiovascular risk factors. In current document, we collect and structure the available clinical and scientific data from abroad and Russian studies.
