У госпитализированных пациентов с новой коронавирусной инфекции (COVID-19, COrona VIrus Disease 2019) оценить влияние острого повреждения почек (ОПП) на госпитальные (смерть) и отдаленные исходы (повторная госпитализация или смерть в течение 30 сут.; смерть в течение 180 сут.).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Выполнен анализ регистра пациентов с COVID-19 для выявления факторов риска (ФР) летальности. Выпи­санные пациенты были включены в проспективное исследование, при телефонных контактах оценивались сведения об исходах.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Включено 1 тыс. пациентов. Летальность составила 20,8%, ОПП зарегистрировано у 29,6% пациентов. По данным многофакторного анализа ОПП независимо от других ФР увеличивало риск летального исхода (отношение рисков (ОР) 1,62 с 95% доверительным интервалом (ДИ): 1,08-2,44, p=0,02). В проспективную часть включен 691 пациент. 10% были повторно госпитализированы или умерли в течение 30 сут., независимыми ФР явились возраст &gt;65 лет (ОР 2,72, 95% ДИ: 1,47-5,01, p=0,001) и ОПП в острую фазу COVID-19 (ОР 1,67, 95% ДИ: 1,00-2,80, p=0,05). 6% пациентов умерли в течение 180 сут., ОПП явилось ФР смерти по данным однофакторного анализа, единственным независимым предиктором явился возраст &gt;65 лет (ОР 5,96, 95% ДИ: 2,26-15,72, p&lt;0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. ОПП во время острого периода COVID-19 независимо от других ФР увеличивает риск летальности и риск неблагоприятного исхода в течение 30 сут. после выписки более чем в полтора раза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the impact of acute kidney injury (AKI) on in-hospital (death) and long-term outcomes (rehospitalization or death within 30 days; death within 180 days) in hospitalized patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The registry of patients with COVID-19 was analyzed to identify risk factors (RFs) for mortality. Discharged patients were included in a prospective study. Outcomes were assessed by telephone contacts.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study included 1000 patients. The mortality rate was 20,8%, while AKI was registered in 29,6% of patients. According to multi­variate analysis, AKI, regardless of other risk factors, increased the risk of death (hazard ratio (HR), 1,62, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1,08-2,44, p=0,02). The prospective part included 691 patients. We revealed that 10% were rehospitalized or died within 30 days, while independent risk factors were age &gt;65 years (HR, 2,72, 95% CI: 1,47-5,01, p=0,001) and AKI in the acute phase of COVID-19 (HR, 1,67, 95% CI: 1,00-2,80, p=0,05). In addition, 6% of patients died within 180 days, while AKI was the risk factor for death according to univariate analysis; the only independent predictor was age &gt;65 years (HR, 5,96, 95% CI: 2,26-15,72, p&lt;0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
