Современные научные данные свидетельствуют о возможности ремиссии СД 2 типа на фоне подобранного лечебного питания и образа жизни. Накоплены результаты проспективных исследований в отношении влияния микро- и макронутриентов, отдельных продуктов питания и целых систем питания на профилактику и лечение СД 2 типа. Гибкая система выбора модели питания с доказанными эффективностью и безопасностью при СД 2 типа может способствовать лучшему гликемическому контролю и коррекции массы тела.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is a nutritionally dependent disease. Modern scientific data indicate the possibility of remission of T2D by therapeutic nutrition and lifestyle. The results of prospective studies have been accumulated regarding the impact of micro- and macronutrients, individual foods and food systems on the prevention and treatment of T2D.
