Однако в своей практике инвазивные кардиологи ежедневно сталкиваются со сложностями в оценке состояния коронарного русла. В публикации рассмотрено ведение пациента пожилого возраста с клиникой стенокардии напряжения III функционального класса и с сомнительной нагрузочной пробой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Coronary angiography is today a routine method for assessing the coronary arteries. However, in practice, invasive cardiologists daily face difficulties in assessing the coronary system.
