Выявление характерных особенностей пациентов, перенесших ишемический инсульт (ИИ), вероятно ассоциированный со спонтанными диссекциями экстракраниальных отделов брахиоцефальных артерий (БЦА), и сравнение таких пациентов с лицами с ИИ другой этиологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Группа сравнения без признаков диссекции включала 1326 пациентов, перенесших ИИ. Основная группа пациентов с наличием признаков диссекции БЦА включала 122 человека в возрасте 54,46±14,68 (21-84) лет, 48 (39,3%) женщин и 74 (60,7%) мужчины, среди которых 106 человек перенесли ИИ. Наличие диссекции устанавливалось по данным компьютернотомографической ангиографии и/или магнитно-резонансной ангиографии и/или дуплексного сканирования БЦА.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Пациенты с диссекциями оказались значимо моложе таковых без признаков диссекций (р&lt;0,001) и имели более низкий индекс массы тела (ИМТ) (р&lt;0,001). Зависимости локализации диссекций от пола и возраста выявлено не было (p&gt;0,05). В группе с совпадением локализации очага инфаркта и диссекции с поправкой на возраст поражение вертебрально-базилярной системы встречалось чаще (р=0,033), доля мужчин оказалась достоверно выше (р=0,021), а пациенты оказались достоверно моложе (р=0,027).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Пациенты с признаками диссекций сонных и/или позвоночных артерий оказались достоверно моложе таковых без диссекций. Установлено, что у пациентов с диссекциями ИМТ был достоверно ниже и зависел от возраста, а у лиц без диссекций ИМТ от возраста не зависел. Был выявлен ряд отличий группы пациентов с инсультами, вероятно ассоциированными с диссекциями, в сравнении с таковой с инсультами другой этиологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To identify the characteristic features of patients after ischemic stroke (IS), probably associated with spontaneous dissection of the extracranial sections of carotid and vertebral arteries, and compare such patients with persons with IS of other genesis.Material and methods. The comparison group without signs of dissection included 1326 patients who had IS. The main group of patients with signs of dissection included 122 people aged 54,46±14,68 (21-84) years, 48 (39,3%) women and 74 (60,7%) men, among whom 106 people had IS. The dissection was determined by computed tomographic angiography and/or magnetic resonance angiography and/or duplex ultrasound.Results. Patients with dissection were significantly younger than those without it (p&lt;0,001) and had a lower body mass index (BMI) (p&lt;0,001). There was no relationship between the dissection location and sex and age (p&gt;0,05). In the group with the same location of the infarction and dissection, adjusted for age, vertebrobasilar system involvement were more common (p=0,033), while the proportion of men was significantly higher (p=0,021), and the patients were significantly younger (p=0,027).Conclusion. Patients with dissection of the carotid and/or vertebral arteries were significantly younger than those without it. We found that in patients with dissection, BMI was significantly lower and depended on age, while in patients without dissections, BMI did not depend on age.
