Ожирение является одним из факторов риска развития и прогрессирования сахарного диабета 2 типа (СД-2). Доказано, что снижение массы тела (МТ) на 10% от исходной у пациентов с СД-2 и ожирением существенно снижает риск развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Причинами недостаточной эффективности мероприятий по снижению МТ у пациентов с СД-2 выступают скрытые нарушения пищевого поведения на фоне общего психоэмоционального дисбаланса, высокого уровня тревоги и депрессии, фрустрации от цифр гликемии. Решение проблемы низкой частоты достижения целевых значений снижения МТ у пациентов с СД-2 посредством разработки и оценки клинической эффективности протоколов когнитивно-поведенческой терапии представляет собой высокую научную и практическую значимость.

Obesity is one of the risk factors for the development and progression of type 2 diabetes (T2D). Decrease in body weight (BW) by 10% from the initial level in patients with T2D and obesity significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular events. Low effectiveness of measures to reduce body weight in patients with T2D is due to hidden eating disorders against the background of mental imbalance, high levels of anxiety and depression, and frustration with glycemic levels. Solving the problem of the low frequency of achieving target values for reducing weight in type 2 diabetes through the development and evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy protocols is of high scientific and practical significance.
