Интероцепция отражает восприятие, интеграцию и модуляцию висцеральных сигналов. В настоящее время установленный универсальный подход к оценке интероцепции сердца, позволяющий включить его в протокол диагностики различных заболеваний, отсутствует. Цель — сравнение трех тестов субъективной оценки интероцепции на основе точности ощущения сердцебиения в рамках одного дня у здоровых испытуемых.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследовании приняли участие 18 здоровых добровольцев. Проводились тесты по оценке интероцепции сердца — тест с нажатием на кнопку в момент ощущения сердцебиения, тест с обратной связью в виде синхронных и асинхронных сердцебиению звуковых сигналов, тест с подсчетом числа сердечных сокращений (СС) в заданные временные интервалы — с одновременной регистрацией электрокардиограммы. Полученные значения точности ощущения сердцебиения в тестах сравнивались между собой (тест Вилкоксона), оценивалась их попарная зависимость (коэффициент Спирмена) и зависимость от влияния парамет ров организма (пол, возраст, индекс массы тела, жировая масса, тревожность) (однофакторная линейная регрессия).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Точность выполнения теста с подсчетом СС оказалась значимо выше, чем в тесте с нажатием (p=0,005), однако обе оценки коррелируют между собой (r=0,66, p=0,003). Положительная зависимость точности выполнения от пола обнаружена для теста с подсчетом СС (p=0,021) и отрицательная — от жировой массы для теста с нажатием (p=0,032).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Исследование показало, что полученные добровольцами оценки точности ощущения сердцебиения менялись в зависимости от теста, а также были ассоциированы с полом и составом тела. Тест с подсчетом числа СС и тест с нажатием на кнопку являются наиболее подходящими для исследования интероцепции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Interoception reflects the perception, integration and modulation of visceral signals. Currently, there is no established universal approach to cardiac interoception assessment allowing its inclusion in the diagnostic protocol for various diseases. The aim was to compare three tests of interoception self-assessment based on heart palpitations within one day in healthy subjects.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Eighty healthy volunteers took part in the study. To assess cardiac interoception, a test with button pushes at the moment of palpitations, a feedback test in the form of synchronous and asynchronous sound signals, a heartbeat counting task at specified time intervals were conducted with simultaneous electrocardiographic recording. The obtained data were compared with each other (Wilcoxon test). Its pairwise dependence (Spearman coefficient) and dependence on body parameters (sex, age, body mass index, fat mass, anxiety) were assessed (univariate linear regression).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The accuracy of the heartbeat counting task turned out to be significantly higher than in the button- pressing test (p=0,005). However, both estimates correlate with each other (r=0,66, p=0,003). A positive dependence of test accuracy on sex was found for the heartbeat counting task (p=0,021) and a negative dependence on fat mass for button- pressing task (p=0,032).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The study found that volunteers' estimates of heartbeat accuracy varied across tests and were also associated with sex and body composition.
