В обзорной статье рассматриваются физиологические эффекты водных тренировок, возможность их применения у разных категорий кардиологических больных, дискутируются преимущества их применения, особенности дозирования нагрузки и мониторинга ее интенсивности в водной среде. Обсуждаются практические аспекты применения водных аэробных тренировок, приводятся данные научных исследований о безопасности и эффективности включения водных тренировок в программы кардиореабилитации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Water aerobic training can be considered as an additional method of exercise in the rehabilitation of cardiovascular patients. The review examines the physiological effects of water training, the potential of its use in different categories of cardiac patients, its advantages, dosing the load and monitoring its intensity in the aquatic environment.
