Определить влияние нарушений сна (НС) на риск развития артериальной гипертензии (АГ) и инсульта в течение 16 лет в открытой популяции среди женщин 25-64 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В рамках программы ВОЗ “MONICApsychosocial” (Multinational Monitoring of Trends in cardiovascular disease — psychosocial study) в 1994г, была обследована случайная репрезентативная выборка женщин (n=870) в возрасте 25-64 лет, жителей одного из района г. Новосибирска. НС были изучены с помощью теста Jenkins C.D. В течение 16-летнего периода (19942010гг) в когорте исследовали все впервые возникшие случаи АГ/ инсульта. Кокс-пропорциональная регрессионная модель (Coxregression) использована для определения риска развития (РР) АГ/ инсульта.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Распространенность НС в открытой популяции среди женщин 25-64 лет составила 65,3%. РР АГ был в 4,3 раз, в 2,7 раз выше для первых 5 лет, 10 лет наблюдения, соответственно, у женщин с НС, в сравнении с хорошим сном. РР инсульта был в 1,95 раз выше у женщин с НС, в сравнении с хорошим сном, в течение 16 лет наблюдения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Распространенность НС в открытой популяции среди женщин 25-64 лет значительны, и они существенно увеличивают РР АГ/инсульта в течение 16 лет.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the influence of sleep disorders (SD) on the risk of arterial hypertension (AH) and stroke during 16 years follow-up in open population of females 25-64 y.o.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Under the framework of WHO program “MONICA-psychosocial” (Multinational Monitoring of Trends in cardiovascular disease — psychosocial study) in 1994, the random representative cohort was assessed, of women (n=870) at the age 25-64 y.o., living in the district of Novosibirsk city. SD were studied by Jenkins C.D. test. During 16-year follow-up (1994-2010) in the cohort, all new cases of AH/stroke were assessed. Cox-proportional regression was implemented for the development risk of AH/stroke.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The prevalence of SD in open female population of 25-64 y.o. was 5,3%. Risk of development of AH was 4,3 times and 2,7 times higher for the first 5 and 10 years of follow-up, respectively, in females with SD, comparing to normal sleep. Stroke development risk was 1,95 times in SD women comparing to normal sleep, for 16 years follow-up.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
