Установить частоту скрытой артериальной гипертонии (АГ) и определить ее маркеры у "практически здоровых" молодых лиц.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В кросс-секционное исследование включались лица молодого возраста (20-30 лет), имеющие I или II группу здоровья, с клиническим артериальным давлением (АД) &lt;140/90 мм рт.ст. Всем участникам проводилось суточное мониторирование АД, оценка традиционных факторов риска сердечнососудистых заболеваний и способов совладания со стрессом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Включены 347 участников, средний возраст 22 (21-23) года, лиц мужского пола — 101 (29,1%). После проведения суточного мониторирования АД скрытая АГ была выявлена у 46 (13,3%) участников. При выполнении многофакторного анализа установлено, что маркерами скрытой АГ являются: клиническое систолическое АД (скорректированное отношение шансов (сОШ) 1,109; р&lt;0,001), частота сердечных сокращений в покое (сОШ 1,051; р=0,021), индекс массы тела ≥25 кг/м2 (сОШ 2,345; р=0,039), две модели совладания со стрессом — дистанцирование (сОШ 1,071; р=0,001) и самоконтроль (сОШ 0,951; р=0,012). Эти показатели включены в формулу для расчета вероятности скрытой АГ.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Скрытая АГ встречается у 13,3% "практически здоровых" молодых лиц. Установлены ассоциации скрытой АГ со стратегиями совладания со стрессом, что позволяет расценить их как новые маркеры маскированной АГ. Описанный в статье способ позволяет с высокой степенью вероятности выявить скрытую АГ у лиц молодого возраста.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To establish the prevalence and markers of masked hypertension (HTN) in apparently healthy young people.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The cross-sectional study included young people (20-30 years old) with health group I or II, with clinical blood pressure (BP) &lt;140/90 mm Hg. All participants underwent 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, assessment of traditional cardiovascular risk factors and ways of coping with stress.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A total of 347 participants were included (mean age, 22 (21-23) years; male, 101 (29,1%)). After 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, masked HTN was detected in 46 (13,3%) participants. Multivariate analysis found following markers of masked HTN: office systolic blood pressure (adjusted odds ratio (AOR) 1,109; p&lt;0,001), resting heart rate (AOR 1,051; p=0,021), body mass index ≥25 kg/m2 (AOR 2,345; p=0,039), two models of coping with stress — distancing (AOR 1,071; p=0,001) and self-control (AOR 0,951; p=0,012). These parameters are included in the formula for calculating the masked HTN probability.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Masked HTN occurs in 13,3% of apparently healthy young people. Associations of masked HTN with strategies for coping with stress have been established, which allows them to be regarded as novel markers of masked HTN.
