Охарактеризовать поражение сердца при миотонической дистрофии 1 типа (МД1), наиболее распространенной форме наследственной первично-мышечной патологии у взрослых.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. 48 пациентам с МД1 (31 мужчина, 17 женщин, средний возраст 39,2±9,3 лет) проведены клинический осмотр, нейропсихологическое обследование, оценка липидного профиля, электрокардиография (ЭКГ), холтеровское мониторирование ЭКГ (ХМ-ЭКГ) и эхокардиография (ЭхоКГ). Представлено 4 клинических случая, которые демонстрируют яркие кардиологические проявления МД1.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Пациенты не предъявляли жалоб на нарушения ритма, боли в области грудной клетки, у 7 (14,6%) были жалобы на одышку при физической нагрузке. Те или иные формы нарушения сердечной проводимости встречались у 18 (37,5%) пациентов, которые были представлены атриовентрикулярной (АВ)-блокадой, нарушениями проведения по ветвям и ножкам пучков Гиса, внутрижелудочковой проводимости. По данных ХМ-ЭКГ частота сердечных сокращений&lt;60 уд./мин регистрировалось у 46 (95,8%) пациентов, из них у 2 (4,2%) &lt;30 уд./мин. У одного (2,1%) пациента выявлен ритм фибрилляций предсердий. По данным ЭхоКГ увеличение желудочков выявлено у 3 (6,3%) пациентов, предсердий — у 8 (16,7%). Ни у одного из пациентов фракция выброса не была &lt;50%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Поражение сердца является частым проявлением МД1. Полученные знания из полноценного кардиологического обследования могут помочь не только улучшить качество жизни пациентов, но и избежать возможных побочных эффектов назначаемого лечения. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To characterize cardiac damage in myotonic dystrophy type 1 (MD1), which is the most common form of hereditary primary muscular pathology in adults.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Forty-eight patients with MD1 (31 men, 17 women, mean age 39,2±9,3 years) underwent clinical examination, neuropsychological examination, lipid profile assessment, electrocardiography (ECG), Holter ECG monitoring, and echocar-diography. Four clinical cases are presented that demonstrate clear cardiac manifestations of MD1.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The patients did not complain of arrhythmias or chest pain, while 7 (14,6%) had complaints of exercise shortness of breath. Cardiac conduction disorders occurred in 18 (37,5%) patients, which were represented by firstand second-degree atrioventricular (AV) block, his bundle and intraventricular conduction disturbances. According to Holter monitoring, heart rate &lt;60 bpm was recorded in 46 (95,8%) patients, of which 2 (4,2%) were &lt;30 bpm. One (2.1%) patient had atrial fibrillation. According to echocardiography, ventricular enlargement was detected in 3 (6,3%) patients, and atrial enlargement — in 8 (16,7%). None of the patients had an ejection fraction &lt;50%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Cardiac involvement is a common manifestation of MD1.
