Эти методы позволяют оптимизировать коронарные интервенции и снизить риск как ранних, так и отдаленных осложнений, связанных с техническими аспектами реваскуляризации пораженных артериальных сегментов. В настоящей статье представлен клинический случай успешного эндоваскулярного лечения пациентки с субтотальным поражением проксимального сегмента передней межжелудочковой артерии под контролем внутрисосудистого ультразвука. Первичное вмешательство в раннем послеоперационном периоде осложнилось клинически значимой протрузией атеросклеротической бляшки через ячейки стента, что потребовало проведения ревизионной коронарографии и выполнения оптической когерентной томографии для выбора оптимального объема вмешательства и контроля его результата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Due to high information value, intravascular imaging methods are now increasingly used during percutaneous coronary interventions. These methods make it possible to optimize coronary interventions and reduce the risk of both early and long-term complications associated with the technical aspects of revascularization. This article presents a case of successful intravascular ultrasound-guided treatment of a female patient with subtotal lesion of the proximal part of anterior interventricular artery under.
