Изучить госпитальные исходы пациентов с остаточным сбросом (ОС) через окклюдер и выявить предикторы его формирования после эндоваскулярного закрытия открытого овального окна (ООО).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проанализированы данные 276 пациентов, которым выполнялось эндоваскулярное закрытие ООО за период 2018-2023гг в ФГБУ "НМИЦК им. акад. Е.И. Чазова" Минздрава России. Всем пациентам выполнялся объем обследований, соответствующий клиническим рекомендациям. Наличие ОС в послеоперационном периоде оценивалось на основании чреспищеводной эхокардиографии с пузырьковой пробой. По результатам однофакторного регрессионного анализа выявлялись предикторы, ассоциированные с наличием ОС.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. ОС в послеоперационном периоде визуализировался у 50 пациентов, которые по частоте развития госпитальных осложнений были сопоставимы с 226 пациентами без признаков наличия ОС (p&gt;0,05). По результатам однофакторного регрессионного анализа с наличием ОС в послеоперационном периоде ассоциировались следующие показатели: имплантация окклюдера Amplatzer PFO или Figulla Flex UNI (odds ratio (OR) 8,87; 95% доверительный интервал (ДИ): 3,09-25,49), наличие сети Хиари (OR 8,26; 95% ДИ: 1,91-35,81), аневризмы межпредсердной перегородки по классификации Olivares-Reyes &gt;3 (OR 2,37; 95% ДИ: 1,27-4,43), а также показатель LAVi ≥34 мл/м2 (OR 4,01; 95% ДИ: 1,33-12,09) (p&lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование окклюдеров Amplatzer PFO или Figulla Flex UNI, наличие сети Хиари, признаки дилатации левого предсердия и размер аневризмы по классификации Olivares-Reyes &gt;3 являлись значимыми предикторами наличия ОС.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the in-hospital outcomes of patients with residual shunt (RS) through the occluder and identify predictors of its formation after endovascular patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. We analyzed the data of 276 patients who underwent endovascular PFO closure for the period 2018-2023 at the Chazov National Medical Research Center. All patients underwent a scope of examinations that complied with clinical recommendations. RS in the postoperative period was assessed based on Transesophageal echocardiogram bubble study. Univariate regression analysis revealed RS predictors.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. RS in the postoperative period was visualized in 50 patients, who, in terms of the incidence of in-hospital complications, were comparable to 226 patients without RS (p&gt;0,05). Univariate regression analysis revealed the following indicators associated with postoperative RS: implantation of the Amplatzer PFO or Figulla Flex UNI occluder (odds ratio (OR) 8,87; 95% confidence interval (CI): 3,09-25,49), Chiari network (OR 8,26; 95% CI: 1,91-35,81), Olivares-Reyes class &gt;3 interatrial septum aneurysm (OR 2,37; 95% CI: 1,27-4,43), as well as LAVi ≥34 ml/m2 (OR 4,01; 95% CI: 1,33-12,09) (p&lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
