Сравнить факторы кардиометаболического риска, метаболические показатели и композиционный состав тела у лиц молодого возраста с неалкогольной жировой болезнью печени (НАЖБП) и без НАЖБП.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В обсервационное исследование по типу "случай-контроль" вошли 100 человек: группа 1 ("случаи") — 50 молодых лиц, имеющих НАЖБП; группа 2 ("контроли") — 50 молодых лиц, не имеющих НАЖБП. Средний возраст составил в группе НАЖБП 38 [34-40] лет, в группе без НАЖБП 34,5 [28-38] лет (p=0,004). Проводились клиническое обследование, лабораторно-инструментальное исследование. Композиционный состав тела определялся с помощью электрического биоимпеданса Inbody 370.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У лиц молодого возраста с НАЖБП обнаруживалась более высокая частота избыточной массы тела/ожирения, отягощенного семейного анамнеза по сердечно-сосудистым заболеваниям, гиперурикемии и гипергликемии в сочетании с более высокими значениями концентрации триглицеридов и более низким уровнем холестерина липопротеинов высокой плотности в сыворотке крови в сравнении с лицами без НАЖБП. При оценке композиционного состава тела у лиц молодого возраста с НАЖБП выявлены более высокие показатели содержания общего и висцерального жира в сравнении с лицами без НАЖБП. Количество висцерального жира у лиц молодого возраста с НАЖБП положительно ассоциировалось с антропометрическими (окружность талии, индекс массы тела, соотношение окружности талии/окружности бедер) и с метаболическими показателями (концентрация инсулина натощак).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявление кластера кардиометаболических факторов риска у лиц молодого возраста с НАЖБП имеет важное значение в клинической практике с целью раннего вмешательства, что может значимо снизить риск развития сердечно-сосудистых и метаболических заболеваний и осложнений. Накопление висцерального жира тесно связано с НАЖБП и стеатозом печени, что определяет важность оценки композиционного состава тела с измерением количества висцерального жира у таких пациентов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To compare cardiometabolic risk factors, metabolic parameters and body composition in young adults with and withou tnon-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. This observational case-control study in­clu­ded 100 participants, which were divided into groups 1 (n=50) and 2 (n=50) with and without NAFLD, respectively. The mean age in the NAFLD group was 38 [34-40] years, while in the group without NAFLD — 34,5 [28-38] years (p=0,004). Clinical and paraclinical examination was conducted. Body composition was determined using bioelectrical impedance analysis on Inbody 370 analyzer.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Young adults with NAFLD had a higher prevalence of over­weight/obesity, positive family history of cardiovascular disease, hyperuricemia, and hyperglycemia, along with higher serum tri­gly­ceride levels and lower serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol le­vels compared to individuals without NAFLD. Body composition asses­sment showed that young adults with NAFLD had higher total and visceral fat levels compared to individuals without NAFLD. Visceral fat levels in young adults with NAFLD were positively associated with anthropometric (waist circumference, body mass index, waist/hip ratio) and metabolic (fasting insulin) parameters.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Identification of a cluster of cardiometabolic risk factors in young individuals with NAFLD is important in clinical practice for early inter­vention, which can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases and complications.
