Оценка клинических ассоциаций и предиктивной значимости маркеров транспорта и обмена липопротеинов (ТОЛ), определенных в коллекции образцов сыворотки больных инфарктом миокарда (ИМ).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В лаборатории "Биобанк Югры" сформирована коллекция образцов крови 88 больных в острой фазе ИМ для последующей биохимической оценки сывороточных уровней маркеров ТОЛ. Все пациенты включены в клиническое проспективное исследование на протяжении 48 мес. с регистрацией клинических событий и томографической оценкой отдаленного поражения коронарных артерий (КА) по завершении наблюдения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлены прямые ассоциации между уровнями PCSK9 (proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9, пропротеиновая конвертаза субтилизин-кексинового типа 9) и величинами холестерина липопротеинов низкой плотности, коронарным атеросклерозом, риском шкалы GRACE (Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events) 2.0, а также риском повторного острого коронарного синдрома. Уровни липопротеина(а) &gt;50 мг/дл выявлены у 28,4% больных ИМ и ассоциированы с клиническими событиями в анамнезе, атеросклерозом КА и экстракардиальных артерий, коморбидностью, повторным поражением КА, а также риском крупных кардиальных событий по завершении наблюдения. Определена связь высокого (5,14) триглицеридно-глюкозного индекса с коморбидностью, повторным поражением КА и риском смерти по завершении наблюдения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Лаборатория "Биобанк Югры" — эффективная база для проведения лабораторных исследований. Маркеры ТОЛ ассоциированы с клиническими факторами, коморбидностью, сосудистым атеросклерозом и негативным прогнозом у больных ИМ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate clinical associations and predictive value of lipoprotein transport and metabolism markers determined in a collection of serum samples from patients with myocardial infarction (MI).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Collection of blood samples from 88 patients with the acute MI was created in the Biobank of Yugra laboratory for subsequent biochemical assessment of serum levels of lipoprotein transport and metabolism markers. All patients were included in a clinical prospective study for 48 months with registration of medical events and remote tomographic assessment of coronary artery (CA) involvement upon follow-up completion.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Direct associations were established between proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) levels and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, coronary atherosclerosis, Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) 2.0 risk score, and the risk of recurrent acute coronary syndrome. Lipoprotein (a) levels &gt;50 mg/dl were detected in 28,4% of patients with MI and were associated with prior medical events, coronary and non-coronary artery atherosclerosis, comorbidity, recurrent coronary lesions, and the risk of major cardiac events at the end of follow-up. A relationship was established between a high (5,14) triglyceride-glucose index and comorbidity, recurrent coronary lesions, and the death risk at the end of follow-up.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The Biobank of Yugra laboratory is an effective base for laboratory research.
