В последние годы клинические исследования в данной области были сосредоточены на пациентах с неврологическими и психиатрическими расстройствами, тогда как интероцепция у пациентов с кардиологическими патологиями остается недостаточно изученной.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Цель исследования — изучение интероцепции сердца у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией (АГ).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование было включено 38 пациентов с АГ (22-50 лет) и 38 здоровых добровольцев (26-50 лет), сопоставимых по полу и возрасту. Интероцепция была изучена с помощью поведенческих тестов: тест с подсчетом числа сердечных сокращений и тест с нажатием. Участники заполняли опросники, направленные на оценку уровня депрессии, тревоги, алекситимии и восприятия тела.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Значимых различий в интероцептивной точности между пациентами с АГ и контрольной группой обнаружено не было. Среди пациентов не было выявлено значимых корреляций между интероцепцией и психологическими, а также физиологическими характеристиками (индекс массы тела, артериальное давление).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные позволяют предположить, что у пациентов с АГ среднего возраста повышение интероцепции, связанное с высоким уровнем артериального давления, компенсируется формированием интероцептивного дефицита. Наблюдаемые эффекты связаны с этиологией кардиологического расстройства и не объясняются влиянием дополнительных психологических и физиологических факторов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Interoception is defined as the perception of body visceral signals. In recent years, clinical studies in this area have focused on patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders, while interoception in patients with cardiac pathologies remains poorly understood.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. The aim was to investigate cardiac interoception in patients with hypertension (HTN).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 38 patients with HTN aged 22-50 years and 38 healthy volunteers aged 26-50 years, matched for sex and age. Interoception was studied using the behavioral tests (mental tracking test and heartbeat detection test). Participants filled out questionnaires aimed at assessing the level of depression, anxiety, alexithymia and body perception.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. No significant differences in interoceptive accuracy were found between patients with HTN and the control group. Among the patients, no significant correlations were found between interoception and mental or physiological characteristics (body mass index, blood pressure).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The data obtained suggest that in middle-aged patients with HTN, an increase in interoception associated with high blood pressure is compensated by the formation of an interoceptive deficit.
