Однако взаимосвязь между сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями и нейрофизиологическими показателями интероцепции остается мало изученной.</p><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. В настоящей работе проведено изучение нейрофизиологических маркеров интероцепции в группе пациентов с АГ. В качестве нейрофизиологических маркеров были использованы сердечные вызванные потенциалы (СВП).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 41 пациент с АГ (22-50 лет, 80,5% принимали гипотензивную терапию) и 41 человек из группы контроля (26-50 лет), сопоставимые по полу и возрасту. Интероцепцию исследовали на поведенческом уровне с помощью оценки точности ощущений сердцебиений (ТОС) в тесте с нажатием и на нейрональном уровне с применением метода электроэнцефалографии для регистрации СВП. Участники заполняли опросник "Торонтская шкала алекситимии".</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Не было обнаружено значимых различий в ТОС и амплитудах СВП между пациентами с АГ и контрольной группой, а также значимых взаимосвязей между ТОС и амплитудами СВП в обеих группах. Были обнаружены значимые положительные корреляции между амплитудами СВП и показателями алекситимии в обеих группах.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Различия в амплитудах СВП между пациентами с АГ и контрольной группой не были выявлены. Однако впервые была продемонстрирована связь между трудностями в распознавании эмоций и амплитудами СВП у пациентов с АГ, подтверждающая гипотезу о взаимодействии данных процессов на уровне островковой коры.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In recent years, interoception, described as the ability to perceive signals from internal organs, has been actively studied. However, the relationship between cardiovascular diseases and neurophysiological characteristics of interoception remains poorly understood.</p><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. In this work, we studied neurophysiological markers of interoception in a group of patients with hypertension. Heart-evoked potentials (HEPs) were used as neurophysiological markers.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 41 patients with HTN (2250 years old, 80,5% received antihypertensive therapy) and 41 people from the control group (26-50 years old), matched for sex and age. Interoception was studied at the behavioral level by heartbeat tracking task (HTT) and at the neuronal level by the electroencephalography method to record HEPs. Participants filled out the Toronto Alexithymia Scale questionnaire.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. No significant differences in the accuracy of heartbeat sensations and HEP amplitudes were found between the HTN and control group, as well as significant relationships between accuracy of heartbeat sensations and HEP amplitudes in both groups. Significant positive correlations were found between the HEP amplitudes and the alexithymia indices in both groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. No differences in HEP amplitudes were found between the patients with hypertension and the control group.
