Оптимальной организационной моделью профилактики хронических неинфекционных заболеваний и увеличения продолжительности здоровой жизни являются корпоративные программы (КП) укрепления здоровья. Разработка и использование единого отечественного методологического подхода к реализации КП укрепления здоровья работников и оценки их эффективности, в т.ч. с использованием цифровых технологий, способствуют их широкому внедрению в субъектах Российской Федерации. В настоящей статье подробно описаны этапы разработки, развития и применения в большинстве субъектов России цифровой платформы Атрия — отечественного инструмента разработки и оценки КП укрепления здоровья работников, созданного ФГБУ "НМИЦ ТПМ" Минздрава России при поддержке Министерства здравоохранения Российской Федерации.

The optimal model for preventing noncommunicable diseases and increasing healthy life expectancy are Employee wellness programs. Unified domestic approach to implementation of employee wellness programs, including using digital technologies, contribute to their widespread implementation in Russian regions. This article describes in detail the stages of development and application of the Atria digital platform in most Russian regions. This is a domestic tool for the development and assessment of employee wellness programs, created by the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
