Особое внимание привлекают неинвазивные методы исследования, имеющие широкие возможности для оценки микроциркуляторных нарушений. Наибольший интерес представляет капилляроскопия, при помощи которой возможно оценить как архитектуру и организацию капилляров, так и их функциональное и морфологическое состояние. В статье рассматривается современное состояние проблемы исследования микроциркуляторного русла и возможности капилляроскопии в диагностике различных нарушений у пациентов кардиологического профиля.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The development and progression of cardiovascular diseases is accompanied by various changes at all vascular levels, from large arteries to capillaries. This makes it especially important to study various approaches to diagnosing vascular lesions. Particular attention is drawn to non-invasive research methods that have wide potential for assessing microcirculatory disorders. Of greatest interest is capillaroscopy, which can be used to assess both structure and function.
