В настоящее время наиболее изученным рационом питания, обладающего кардиопротективными свойствами, является "средиземноморская диета" или средиземноморский стиль питания.</p><p>Цель обзора — представить актуальные данные об основных биологически активных агентах средиземноморского стиля питания, их механизмах действия и доказательной базе их клинической эффективности в контексте сердечно-сосудистой профилактики.</p><p>Повествование по каждому активному агенту структурировано на подразделы, включающие: а) перечень пищевых продуктов растительного происхождения, в которых содержится данный активный агент; б) обобщённые механизмы действия данного агента; в) доказательную базу его клинической эффективности.</p><p>Авторы выражают надежду, что представленная в обзоре информация будет полезна врачам первичного звена, терапевтам и кардиологам, и может быть применена в их практической деятельности с целью профилактики развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и улучшения качества жизни пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Among the proven risk factors influencing cardiovascular mortality, unhealthy diet plays a significant role. Currently, the most studied dietary pattern for its cardioprotective properties is the Mediterranean diet.</p><p>The aim of this review is to present current data on the key biologically active agents of the Mediterranean diet, their mechanisms of action, and the evidence base for their clinical efficacy in the context of cardiovascular prevention.
