Цель исследования, изложенного в серии из трех статей, — проанализировать существующие стратегии и меры табачного эндшпиля, их потенциальную или фактическую эффективность, оценить реализацию стратегий в рамках национальных законодательств стран, обозначить основные барьеры на пути их реализации и обсудить перспективы их достижения. В настоящей статье систематизированы политические инициативы, стратегии и меры табачного эндшпиля, проанализированы политические инициативы, ориентированные на продукт и на потребителя, реализуемые стратегии и меры в рамках этих инициатив и их эффективность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>More and more countries are implementing strategies aimed at ending the tobacco epidemic. The aim of this three-article study was to analyze existing tobacco endgame strategies and measures, their potential or actual effectiveness, assess the implementation of these strategies within national legislation, identify the main barriers to their implementation, and discuss prospects for achieving them.
