Анализ частоты выявления остеосаркопенического ожирения (ОСО) с использованием различных показателей жирового депо у пациентов с многососудистым поражением коронарного русла.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Включено 800 пациентов с оценкой показателей через 12 мес. Саркопения диагностировалась согласно критериям Европейской рабочей группы по саркопении у пожилых людей (EWGSOP, 2019), остеопенический синдром — согласно рекомендациям Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ, 2008). Для скрининга саркопении использовался опросник SARC-F, динамометрия, мультиспиральная компьютерная томография (МСКТ) мышечной ткани, двухэнергетическая рентгеноденситометрия. Оценен индекс массы тела (ИМТ), проведены биоимпедансометрия, компьютерная томография и ультразвуковое исследование (УЗИ) жировой ткани. Статистическая значимость результатов принималась при р≤0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. ИМТ &gt;30 кг/м² чаще встречался у женщин на базовом этапе — 50,9%, у мужчин — 38,6% (р=0,002), на проспективном этапе — 59,2 и 40,0%, соответственно (р=0,001). Показатели висцерального жира по данным МСКТ были выше у мужчин, что согласуется с данными биоимпедансометрии и результатами УЗИ. Толщина подкожно-жировой клетчатки у женщин превышала таковую у мужчин. Учитывая ограничение в использовании МСКТ, невозможности оценки костно-мышечного компонента по УЗИ, биоимпедансометрию можно использовать как альтернативный способ диагностики ОСО.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Частота выявления ожирения зависела от диагностического метода и у лиц мужского пола составляла 38,7-81,2%, женского — 31,0-91,2%. При анализе частоты обнаружения компонентов ОСО были выявлены гендерные особенности и варьирование исследуемого показателя в зависимости от метода диагностики (от 2,0% по ИМТ до 16,4% по толщине интраабдоминальной жировой ткани).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To analyze the incidence of osteosarcopenic obesity (OSO) using various fat depot indices in patients with multivessel coronary artery disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A total of 800 patients were included, with in­dices assessed after 12 months. Sarcopenia was diagnosed according to the criteria of the European Working Group on Sarcopenia in Older Peop­le (EWGSOP, 2019), and osteopenic syndrome was diagnosed according to World Health Organization (WHO, 2008) guidelines. Sarcopenia was screened using the SARC-F questionnaire, handgrip test, multislice computed tomography (CT) of muscle tissue, and dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Body mass index (BMI) was assessed. Bioimpedance analysis, computed tomography, and adipose tissue ultrasound were performed. Statistical significance was considered at p≤0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A BMI &gt;30 kg/m2 was more common at baseline in women (50,9%) compared to men (38,6%) (p=0,002), and in the prospective phase — 59,2% and 40,0%, respectively (p=0,001). Visceral fat values based on CT were higher in men, consistent with bioimpedance analysis and ultrasound findings. Subcutaneous fat thickness in women was higher than in men. Given the CT limitations and the inability to assess the musculoskeletal component using ultrasound, bioimpedance analysis can be used as an alternative diagnostic method for OSO.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The incidence of obesity depended on the diagnostic method and ranged from 38,7% to 81,2% in men and 31,0% to 91,2% in women.
