В настоящее время накопилась большая доказательная база в пользу применения двойной антитромбоцитарной терапии у пациентов с ИБС после проведенного коронарного стентирования. По данным тех же исследований у части пациентов все же наблюдаются случаи развития такого грозного осложнения, как тромбоз стента. В связи с этим в последнее время все шире стал изучаться вопрос о роли генетического тестирования в подборе оптимальной антитромбоцитарной терапии в лечении больных ИБС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The studies of coronary heart disease as a cause of reduced life quality and disability in population led to improved methods of diagnosis and treatment of this disease. To date, accumulated large evidence base supports the use of DAT (dual antiplatelet therapy) in patients with coronary artery disease after PCI. According to the same data some patients still develop severe complications, i. e. stent thrombosis.
