Изучить возможные связи, отражающие формирование преждевременного старения сосудов у пациентов мужского пола с артериальной гипертензией (АГ) в зависимости от наличия ожирения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Обследовано 107 пациентов мужского пола молодого и среднего возраста с АГ 1-2 ст. Оценивали антропометрические лабораторно-инструментальные показатели. Пациенты были разделены на 2 группы в зависимости от индекса (ИМТ) массы тела (МТ): пациенты с нормальной и повышенной МТ — 1 группа (18,5≤ ИМТ&lt;30 кг/м²) и пациенты с ожирением 1-2 ст. — 2 группа (ИМТ ≥30 кг/м²). Величина биологического возраста оценивалась с использованием калькулятора, основанного на Фремингемской шкале риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У пациентов с АГ и ожирением величина биологического возраста была статистически значимо выше по сравнению с лицами с нормальной и повышенной МТ (р=0,003), как и уровень систолического артериального давления (р=0,04). Пациенты с АГ и ожирением имели достоверно более высокие уровни триглицеридов (р=0,009), С-реактивного белка, определенного высокочувствительным методом (р=0,002), и более низкий уровень холестерина липопротеинов высокой плотности (р=0,007) в сравнении с группой, где ИМТ был в пределах нормальных значений или повышен. При сравнении 2 групп пациентов статистически значимых различий по показателям фотоплетизмографии (SI, RI, Alp75) в зависимости от ИМТ обнаружено не было. Сердечно-лодыжечный сосудистый индекс (Cardio-Ankle Vascular Index, CAVI) статистически значимо был выше (р=0,018) у пациентов с АГ и ожирением по сравнению с лицами с нормальной и повышенной МТ. На основании полученных данных была выполнена оценка зависимости величины CAVI от ИМТ, возраста, систолического артериального давления с помощью метода множественной линейной регрессии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. У лиц мужского пола с АГ наличие ожирения было ассоциировано с более высокими значениями CAVI, что свидетельствует о повышенной сосудистой жесткости и отражает преждевременное сосудистое старение. Множественный линейный регрессионный анализ подтвердил независимую связь величины CAVI с ИМТ и возрастом.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To examine possible associations reflecting early vascular aging in male patients with hypertension (HTN) depending on obesity.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A total of 107 young and middle-aged male patients with grade 1-2 HTN were examined. Anthropometric and paraclinical parameters were assessed. Patients were divided into two groups based on their body mass index (BMI) as follows: group 1 included patients with normal BMI and overweight (18,5≲ BMI &lt;30 kg/m2) and group 2 included patients with class 1-2 obesity (BMI ≥30 kg/m2). Biological age was estimated using a calculator based on the Framingham risk score.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Patients with HTN and obesity had a significantly higher biological age compared to those with normal BMI and overweight (p=0,003), as did systolic blood pressure (p=0,04). Patients with HTN and obesity had significantly higher levels of triglycerides (TG) (p=0,009), highsensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP) (p=0,002), and lower levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (p=0,007) compared to the group with normal BMI and overweight. When comparing the two groups of patients, no significant differences were found in photoplethysmography parameters (SI, RI, Alp75) depending on BMI. The Cardio-Ankle Vascular Index (CAVI) was significantly higher (p=0,018) in patients with HTN and obesity compared to individuals with normal BMI and overweight. Based on the obtained data, the relationship between CAVI and BMI, age, and systolic blood pressure was assessed using multiple linear regression.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In males with HTN, obesity was associated with higher CAVI values, indicating increased vascular stiffness and reflecting early vascular aging.
