Цель. Определить связи факторов риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний c эректильной дисфункцией (ЭД) у больных сахарным диабетом 2 типа (СД-2) в азербайджанской популяции.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. В одномоментном клинико-эпидемиологическом исследовании участвовали 153 мужчины 30-69 лет, которые отвечали на вопросы анкеты “ARIC” по ЭД, степень тяжести которой оценивалась по бальной системе. В то же время была определена взаимосвязь между различными факторами риска и ЭД.

Результаты

Результаты. Установлено, что с увеличением возраста больных СД-2, у курящих и злоупотребляющих алкоголем, лиц с повышенным индексом массы тела, повышенным уровнем артериальной гипертензии, пониженной физической активностью, продолжительным заболеванием и неадекватным контролем гликемии, частота распространения ЭД различных степеней тяжести была статистически значимо выше. В азербайджанской популяции среди больных СД-2 ЭД была обнаружена у 90,2%. Установлена тесная взаимосвязь между сочетанием всех изучаемых факторов и степенью тяжести ЭД.

Заключение

Заключение. Реализация адекватных лечебно-профилактических мероприятий позволит улучшить эректильную функцию и может оказать положительное влияние на прогноз сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. 

Aim

Aim. To evaluate the relations of cardiovascular risk factors and erectile dysfunction (ED) in type 2 diabetes patients (DM2) in Azerbaidzhan population.

Material and methods

Material and methods. Into the momentary, clinical and epidemiological study, 153 males were included, age 30-69 y.o., responded for the “ARIC” survey on ED, with the grade of disorder measured in points. The various risk factors were evaluated as well.

Results

Results. It is found that in DM2 patients, with the age, in smokers and alcoholics, in overweight, in raised blood pressure, low physical activity, with long lasting disease and inadequate glycemia control, the prevalence of ED of various grades was statistically significantly higher. In Azerbaidzhan population among DM2 patients, ED was found in 90,2%. There was close relation revealed, for all studied factors and ED severity.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The adequate prevention and treatment strategies will make it to improve erectile function and might influence positively the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.
