Изучить взаимосвязи факторов сердечно-сосудистого риска, процессов клеточного и сосудистого старения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 136 человек без клинических проявлений сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, сахарного диабета 2 типа, медикаментозной терапии, но с одним или несколькими факторами сердечно-сосудистого риска (курение, артериальная гипертония, ожирение, дислипидемия, гипергликемии натощак). Длина теломер и активность теломеразы были измерены с помощью полимеразной цепной реакции. Толщина комплекса интима-медиа (ТКИМ) и наличие атеросклеротических бляшек (АСБ) измерены с помощью дуплексного сканирования правых и левых сонных артерий. Скорость распространения пульсовой волны (СРПВ) была измерена методом аппланационной тонометрии. Биохимические анализы выполнены стандартными лабораторными методами.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. СРПВ достоверно коррелировала с возрастом, индексом массы тела, уровнем гликированного гемоглобина, гликемией натощак и длиной теломер. Наличие у пациентов АСБ и увеличенной ТКИМ достоверно коррелировало с возрастом, индексом массы тела, артериальной гипертонией, нарушениями липидного обмена.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Увеличенная артериальная жесткость и проявления сублинического атеросклероза имеют разные причины. Уровень СРПВ в большей степени связан с нарушениями углеводного обмена, в то время как ТКИМ и наличие АСБ связаны с липидными нарушениями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study interrelationship between cardiovascular risk factors and cellular and vascular aging processes. Material and methods. Totally 136 patients were included having no signs of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes 2nd type and receiving no drug therapy, but with one or several risk factors for cardiovascular diseases (smoking, arterial hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, fasting hyperglycemia). The telomere length and telomerase activity was measured by polymerase chain reaction. The thickness of intima-media complex (TIMC) and presence of atherosclerotic plaques (ASP) were measured by duplex scanning of right and left carotid arteries. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) was measured by applanation tonometry. Biochemical tests done by standard.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. PWV significantly correlated with age, body mass index, glycosilated hemoglobin level, fasting glycemia and telomere length. Presence of ASP and increased TIMC significantly correlated with age, body mass index, arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia. Conclusion. Increase of arterial wall stiffness and subclinical atherosclerotic disease have different causes.
