В последнее  время большое внимание уделяется  определению  маркеров  патологии сердечно-сосудистой системы — эндотелиальной дисфункции, снижению эластичности артерий, повышению скорости пульсовой волны (жесткости сосудистой  стенки), а также изучению влияния на них различных комбинаций антигипертензивных препаратов.  В настоящей работе  приведены современные  данные о ремоделировании сосудистой стенки при АГ и возможностях ее фармакологической коррекции с помощью ингибиторов ангиотензин-превращающего фермента, антагонистов кальция и β-адреноблокаторов при монотерапии и в их комбинации.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Arterial hypertension (AH) is a serious medical and social problem due to its complications leading to disability. Recently, there is a lot of attention paid to markers evaluation for cardiovascular pathology — endothelial dysfunction,  arteries  elasticity decline,  increased  pulse  wave velocity (vascular  wall stiffness)  and  studying  of  an  influence  of  various antihypertension  treatments.
