Изучение параметров стресса на работе у мужчин 25-64 лет открытой популяции и их ассоциаций с распространенностью ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Исследование проводилось на репрезентативной выборке, сформированной из избирательных списков лиц мужского пола 25-64 лет одного из административных округов г. Тюмени. В рамках кардиологического скрининга были изучены распространенность ИБС в популяции, а также стресс на рабочем месте с использованием стандартной анкеты ВОЗ МОНИКА-психосоциальная.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В открытой популяции 25-64 лет г. Тюмени у 85,9% мужчин определены значительные изменения на работе в течение последних 12 мес., у 4,0% — 41,2% популяции установлены другие проявления стресса на рабочем месте.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. При наличии определенных форм ИБС и ИБС по расширенным эпидемиологическим критериям установлено снижение ответственности и нагрузки на рабочем месте, рост негативного отношения к своей работе. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the parameters of stress at work in men 25-64 years old in open population and their association with the prevalence of ischemic heart disease (CHD).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study conducted on representative selection, created using election lists of males 25-64 y.o. from one of the districts of Tyumen city. In the frames of cardiological screening the prevalence of CHD in population and also the stress at workplace were studied using standard WHO questionnaire MONICA-psychosocial.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
