Изучить комплексную оценку клинической эффективности, переносимости и безопасности препаратов из класса статинов — симвастатина, аторвастатина, розувастатина и у больных с гиперлипидемией (ГЛП).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Изучение клинической эффективности проводили у 90 больных с ГЛП и артериальной гипертонией 1-2 степеней в возрасте 40-75 лет, у ряда из них была отмечена ишемическая болезнь сердца.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У 90 пациентов с кардиальной патологией и ГЛП, разделенных на 3 группы по 30 человек, изучена клиническая эффективность широко применяемых гиполипидемических препаратов из класса статинов — симвастатина, аторвастатина, розувастатина. На фоне проведенной терапии этими препаратами отмечен значительный гиполипидемический эффект, заключающийся в снижении атерогенных показателей липидного спектра крови, с незначительным преобладанием его у розувастатина.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Резюмируя полученные данные по сравнительной оценке клинической эффективности исследуемых препаратов можно отметить, что симвастатин, аторвастатин, розувастатин в равной степени являются эффективными гиполипидемическими лекарственными средствами у больных с ГЛП II А и II Б типов, при этом сроки, характер и степень выраженности позитивных изменений липидного спектра крови оказываются практически одинаковыми, только на фоне терапии розувастатином несколько более выраженными.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate a complex clinical efficacy, tolerability and safety of statin drugs — simvastatin, atorvastatin, rosuvastatin in patients with hyperlipidemia (HL).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The assessment of clinical efficacy was done in 90 patients with HL and arterial hypertension of the grades 1 and 2, age 40-75 y.o.; some of them had coronary heart disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In 90 patients with cardiac pathology and HL, selected to 3 groups by 30 persons, the clinical efficacy of the listed statins was assessed. A significant hypolipidemic effect was noted as a decline of atherogenicity of the blood, with slight more prominent effect of rosuvastatin.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The data makes it to conclude the simvastatin, atorvastatin and rosuvastatin are equally effective hypolipidemic drugs in HL type IIA and IIB patients.
