Оценка обеспеченности пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа (СД-2) и ожирением витаминами С, А, Е, D, В2, В6, ниацином и β-каротином.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Изучен витаминный статус 40 пациентов с СД-2, 14 мужчин и 26 женщин, в возрасте 42-80 лет — 60,2±1,3 (Ме=60,5) с сопутствующим ожирением и индексом массы тела от 31,2 до 57,4 кг/м2 — 42,1±1,1 (Ме=42,0), получающих пероральную сахароснижающую терапию. Длительность заболевания составила от полугода до 32 лет — 7,4±1,0 (Ме=6,0), уровень гликированного гемоглобина от 5,20% до 7,70% — 6,27±0,11 (Ме=6,05). Обеспеченность витаминами С, А, Е, D, В2 и β-каротином оценивали по их концентрации в сыворотке крови, взятой натощак из локтевой вены, витаминами В6 и ниацином по экскреции их метаболитов с суточной мочой.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На фоне хорошей обеспеченности пациентов витаминами А, Е, С и РР сниженная концентрация в сыворотке крови 25(ОН)D была выявлена у большинства (83%) обследованных, β-каротина — ~55%, недостаточная обеспеченность витаминами В6 и В2 — 15-18%. У мужчин в 2,2 раза (р&lt;0,05) чаще отмечена сниженная концентрация β-каротина. Сниженная концентрация в сыворотке крови 1-2 витаминов была обнаружена у 65% обследованных; сочетанный недостаток 3-4 витаминов (полигиповитаминоз) имели 25% пациентов. Всеми исследованными 7 витаминами и β-каротином были обеспечены лишь 10% обследованных.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наличие у пациентов с СД-2 дефицитов витаминов, которые являются фактором риска его возникновения и развития осложнений, указывает на необходимость оптимизации витаминного статуса. Отрицательная ассоциация между уровнем базальной гликемии в венозной крови и глюкозурией и концентрацией γ-токоферола может указывать на определенные преимущества использования в питании пациентов с СД-2 пищевых масел с высоким содержанием этого витамина (кукурузное, соевое).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To assess the availability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2) and obesity with vitamins C, A, E, D, B2, B6, niacin and betacarotene.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. We assess vitamin status of 40 patients with DM-2 (14 men and 26 women) aged 42-80 years was 60,2±1,3 (Me=60,5) with concomitant obesity and a body mass index from 31,2 to 57,4 kg 42,1±1,1 (Me=42,0), receiving oral hypoglycemic therapy. The disease duration ranged from six months to 32 years — 7,4±1,0 (Me=6,0), the level of glycohemoglobin — from 5,20% to 7,70% — 6,27±0,11 (Me=6,05). The provision of C, A, E, D, B2 vitamins and beta-carotene was assessed by their serum concentration, B6 and niacin vitamins — by excretion of their metabolites with urine.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Against the background of a good supply of patients with A, E, C and PP vitamins, a reduced serum concentration of 25-OH vitamin D was detected in the majority (83%) of the patients, beta carotene — in 55%, insufficient provision with vitamins B6 and B2 — 15-18%. A reduced serum concentration of 1-2 vitamins was detected in 65% of the patients. A combined deficiency of 3-4 vitamins had 25% of patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The presence of vitamin deficiencies in patients with DM-2, which are a risk factor for its occurrence and the development of complications, indicates the need to optimize vitamin status.
