Изучить смертность от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) у мужчин в зависимости от дня недели, месяца, времени года, от перевода стрелок часов на летнее и зимнее время.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проспективное наблюдение за 2930 мужчинами в возрасте от 15 лет и старше за 13 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Смертность от ССЗ среди мужчин составила 407,1 на 1 тыс. Зависимости показателей сердечно-сосудистой смертности среди мужчин от дня недели, месяца года, времени года, а также от перевода стрелок часов, как на летнее, так и на зимнее время, не выявлено. В то же время, весной наибольшая смертность наблюдалась в четверг (21,2 на 1 тыс.), наименьшая — в воскресенье (10,6 на 1 тыс.); осенью наибольшая смертность наблюдалась в воскресенье (21,2 на 1 тыс.), наименьшая — в понедельник (7,9 на 1 тыс.). В понедельник доля мужчин, умерших от ССЗ зимой, более чем в 2 раза превышала показатели понедельника осенью — 33,3% или 17,8 на 1 тыс. vs 14,8% или 7,9 на 1 тыс.). В воскресенье доля мужчин, умерших от ССЗ осенью, была максимальной и в 2 раза превышала показатели весны — 38,1% или 21,2 на 1 тыс. vs 19,0% или 10,6 на 1 тыс.).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявленная динамика смертности по дням недели в зависимости от времени года имеет сложившуюся закономерность и должна лечь в основу профилактических мероприятий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the association between cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality levels in men and day of the week, season of the year, and change to daylight saving time.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. This prospective study included the 13-year follow-up data for 2390 men aged 15 years and older.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The overall level of CVD mortality in men was 407,1 per 1000, with no associations with day of the week, season of the year, or change to daylight saving time. However, in the spring, the highest and lowest levels of CVD mortality were observed, respectively, on Thursday (21,2 per 1000) and Sunday (10,6 per 1000). In the autumn, the highest and lowest levels of CVD mortality were observed on Sunday (21,1 per 1000) and Monday (7,9 per 1000), respectively. The proportion of men dying from CVD on Monday was twice as high in the winter (33,3%, or 17,8 per 1000) than in the autumn (14,8%, or 7,9 per 1000). The proportion of men dying from CVD on Sunday was twice as high in the autumn than in the spring (38,1%, or 21,2% per 1000 vs. 19,0%, or 10,6 per 1000, respectively).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
