В статье приводятся данные об основных фармакологических свойствах нифедипина, показаниях к его назначению. Особое внимание уделяется различиям между существующими лекарственными формами этого препарата. Анализируется существующий опыт длительного лечения нифедипином с учетом его влияния на исходы заболевания.

The article contains information on main pharmacological properties of nifedipine, its indications, specific features of various medicinal forms. The present experience of long-term nifedipine treatment is analyzed, according to its influence on clinical outcomes.
