Изучить влияние С825Т-полиморфизма гена β3 субъединицы G-протеина (GNB3) на суточный профиль артериального давления (СП АД) у молодых больных артериальной гипертонией (АГ) с наследственной отягощенностью по АГ. Материал и методы. Обследованы 67 пациентов молодого возраста (18-33 лет), страдающих АГ, с наследственной отягощенностью по гипертонической болезни. Всем пациентам проводили суточное мониторирование АД, эхокардиографическое исследование и генотипирование по С825Т-полиморфизму GNB3, после чего пациенты были разделены на 2 группы в зависимости от наличия или отсутствия Т-аллеля — ТТ+ТС и СС генотипы, соответственно. Результаты. Частота распространенности 825Т-аллеля в исследуемой популяции составила 0,36. У носителей 825Т-аллеля обнаружены достоверно более высокие значения систолического АД (САД), а также индекса времени повышенного САД ночью с недостаточным снижением его в ночное время. У пациентов с ТТ и ТС генотипами наблюдалось достоверное увеличение общего периферического сопротивления сосудов. Заключение. Носители 825Т-аллеля входят в группу риска по развитию ночной систолической АГ с неблагоприятным СП АД.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To investigate the influence of С825Т-polymorphism of G-protein β3 subunit (GNB3) gene on circadian blood pressure (BP) profile among young hypertensive patients with arterial hypertension (AH) in family anamnesis. Material and methods. Sixty-seven young hypertensive patients with AH in family anamnesis, aged 18-33, underwent 24-hour BP monitoring, echocardiography, and GNB3 С825Т-polymorphism genotyping. Then all participants were divided into two groups, according to presence/absence of T allele (ТТ+ТС and СС genotypes, respectively). Results. Prevalence of 825Т allele in the studied population was 0,36. In individuals with 825Т allele, significantly higher levels of systolic BP (SBP), and nighttime temporal index of increased SBP, plus inadequate nighttime SPB decrease, were observed. Patients with ТТ and ТС genotypes demonstrated substantial increase in total peripheral vascular resistance. Conclusion.
