Проблема эффективности лечения артериальной гипертонии у курящих пациентов
Аннотация
В обзоре дана краткая характеристика исследований, посвященных изучению эффективности кардиологических препаратов у курящих пациентов. Высказана точка зрения, что различные классы антигипертензивных препаратов по-разному влияют на курящих пациентов с артериальной гипертонией (АГ). Есть мнение, что у курящих больных АГ преимущество имеют препараты, которые улучшают эндотелиальную функцию. Необходима серьезная доказательная база о сравнительной эффективности различных классов антигипертензивных препаратов у курящих.
