Результаты исследования HYVET: значение для клинической практики
Аннотация
Цель исследования HYVET – оценить эффект антигипертензивной терапии индапамидом SR 1,5 мг/сут. с возможным добавлением ингибитора ангиотензин-превращающего фермента периндоприла 2–4 мг/сут. или плацебо на развитие инсульта и других сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у больных артериальной гипертензией в возрасте > 80 лет. Активная терапия индапамидом SR у этих пациентов достоверно снижает число смертельных и несмертельных инсультов на 30 %, смертельной и несмертельной сердечной недостаточности – на 64 %, смертельных инсультов – на 39 %, общей смертности – на 21 % и имеет выраженную тенденцию к снижению сердечно-сосудистой и некардиальной смертности, смертности от ишемической болезни сердца, хронической сердечной недостаточности.
