ОЦЕНКА СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОГО ЗДОРОВЬЯ: СТАРЫЕ ФАКТОРЫ — НОВАЯ МОДЕЛЬ

Аннотация

Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) занимают ведущие пози­ции среди основных причин смерти во всем мире. В 2009г Американской Ассоциацией Сердца была разработана модель сер­дечно-сосудистого здоровья (СС здоровья), введено понятие "иде­ального", "среднего" и "слабого" СС здоровья. При оценке СС здо­ровья учитываются 7 показателей: уровень глюкозы, холестерина, артериального давления, отказ от курения, индекс массы тела, физическая активность и правильное питание. После создания этой модели были проведены исследования по оценке ее эффективно­сти, а также эффективности проводимых профилактических меро­приятий. Стало известно, что распространенность "идеального" СС здоровья в популяции очень мала, <1%, и необходимо учитывать количество "идеальных" показателей, которое может служить силь­ным предиктором не только заболеваемости, но и смертности от ССЗ. Таким образом, внедрение этой шкалы позволит снизить заболеваемость и смертность от ССЗ, путем разработки мер по созданию здорового образа жизни у детей, подростков и лиц молодого возраста, а также повышению восприимчивости населе­ния к понятию здорового образа жизни.
