Приверженность терапии статинами
Аннотация
В последнее время показана высокая эффективность постоянного приема статинов не только при гиперлипидемиях, но и при различных формах ишемической болезни сердца, а также у лиц с высоким кардиоваскулярным риском. Низкая приверженность лечению значительно ограничивает эффективность данной группы препаратов. Знание факторов, обуславливающих низкую приверженность, позволяет предвидеть степень отношения больных к лечению, планировать тактику мониторирования терапии и обучения пациентов. Выбор эффективного статина, такого как аторвастатин, способствует более быстрому достижению целевых уровней липидов, обеспечивая хорошую приверженность пациентов.
