Тревога и тревожные расстройства в практике кардиолога
Аннотация
В обзоре приведены данные о распространенности, клинической картине и клиническом значении тревожных расстройств (ТР) в практике кардиолога; рассматриваются проблемы дифференциальной диагностики соматических симптомов патологической тревоги и симптомов сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний; описаны принципы скрининга ТР у кардиологических больных. Проанализированы результаты клинических исследований роли ТР в развитии ишемической болезни сердца и артериальной гипертонии и повышения риска сердечно-сосудистой смертности у лиц с патологической тревогой, рассматриваются возможные патогенетические механизмы, опосредующие эту связь. Даны практические рекомендации по лечению ТР у кардиологических больных в соответствии с международным консенсусом по тревоге в кардиологии.
