Современный взгляд на применение блокаторов β-адренергических рецепторов у пожилых больных с хронической сердечной недостаточностью
Аннотация
Хроническая сердечная недостаточность (ХСН) наиболее распространена среди пожилых. Существуют практические проблемы в применении блокаторов β-адренергических рецепторов у этой категории больных. Опубликованные результаты исследования SENIORS открывают новые возможности использования селективного β-адреноблокатора со свойствами NO-зависимой вазодилатации небиволола у больных с ХСН > 70 лет. Обсуждаются проблемы безопасности и эффективности назначения небиволола пожилым больным с ХСН.
