Торасемид – петлевой диуретик с особыми свойствами
Аннотация
Петлевой диуретик торасемид характеризуется высокой биодоступностью и пролонгированным эффектом, что обуславливает ряд благоприятных фармакодинамических свойств препарата. Торасемид обладает выраженным антигипертензивным эффектом; его можно использовать у больных артериальной гипертонией как в виде монотерапии, так и в комбинации с другими антигипертензивными средствами. Преимущества торасемида перед фуросемидом при лечении пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью, в т.ч. в плане прогноза, были доказаны в крупных исследованиях. Фармакокинетические свойства торасемида практически не изменяются при хронической печеночной и почечной недостаточности. Побочные эффекты препарата количественно и качественно сопоставимы с таковыми у других диуретиков. Все это делает торасемид достойным более широкого применения в современной, клинической практике.
