Миокардиальные мостики коронарных артерий
Аннотация
В обзоре литературы освещены вопросы терминологии, распространенности, диагностики, клиники, особенностей течения, лечения больных с миокардиальными мостиками (ММ) коронарных артерий. Особое внимание уделено механизму развития ишемии, клинической значимости и неинвазивной диагностике ММ с помощью внутрисосудистого ультразвукового исследования. Проанализированы основные исследования, касающиеся прогноза жизни больных с клиникой подобной стенокардии и ММ, с длительностью наблюдения 3,4 – 11 лет.
