Новая техника TABAs в лечении бифуркационных поражений коронарных артерий
Аннотация
Чрескожные коронарные вмешательства (ЧКВ) при бифуркационных стенозах коронарных артерий (КА) по-прежнему считаются технически сложными в выполнении, что, в первую очередь, связано с риском окклюзии боковой ветви. Для бифуркационных стенозов характерны более высокие стоимость выполнения процедуры и частота рестеноза. За последние 10 лет было предложено много различных технологий стентирования бифуркационных стенозов КА. Использование их позволило значительно увеличить частоту непосредственного успеха ЧКВ, а применение стентов с лекарственным покрытием – ощутимо снизить частоту рестеноза. Однако существующим методам присущи недостатки, которые осложняют их выполнение и неблагоприятно влияют на отдаленные результаты. В статье описана оригинальная методика проведения ЧКВ при бифуркационных стенозах, которая получила название TABAs.
